Open Google Chrome browser Go to the webpage you want to bookmark (i.e. myPSCapps) Click the star icon on the right side of the address bar Name the bookmark Select the folder you want the webpage to be saved to Click Done to bookmark the webpage

Canvas - Access and Information
Access Canvas through the following app located @ MyPSC: or @ elearning.pensacolastate.edu where additional information regarding Canvas and elearning can be found. Important: Students are not able to log in to Canvas or see their classes until 8:00 a.m. on the first day of the semester/session. Once logged on you will see your Canvas “Dashboard.” You can access a course by clicking a “course card.” If you do not see a specific course card listed, click the “Courses” link (directly beneath the Dashboard link), then click “All Courses” to list all your courses. Clicking the star beside the course toggles course card visibility on the Dashboard. *Assignment of Final Grades and Verification of Student Participation is completed in Workday. ** The MyPSC link can be found at the top of the screen on the Pensacola State College website, https://pensacolastate.edu. It will take you to the Applications Portal with icons ("tiles") for the majority of the applications you will need to access for your journey at Pensacola State College. These applications are typically set up for Single Sign-On access, so a single Microsoft password controls access to all.

Clock Hour (APlus Attendance) Setup for Faculty
1. Add to the Navigation of your Canvas Course/Section. (See instructions below) 2. Once added to Canvas, the section will automatically be added to the A Plus Attendance system and be available for login. 3. Students will use the iPads setup at the classroom door (of the classroom assigned in Workday) to log in, +/- 10 min from start and logout +/- 10 min to end 4. If required, the instructor can change the attendance information in A Plus (through Canvas), and it will be reflected that it was changed by the instructor. Canvas Course Setup In the Canvas Course, you must add the Clock Hour Attendance module before you can use it for your students' attendance. In the course, choose Settings, Navigation and look for Clock Hour Attendance. Use the "3 dots" menu to select enable. Move it up or down on the Navigation list in your course. Please see the attached video for more detailed step by step instructions. How to Activate the Clock Hour Attendance Tool in your Canvas Course The Clock Hour Attendance tool will need to be activated in your Canvas course navigation. Steps to do so are below. Log into your Canvas course. Click the Settings link. Activate the Navigation tab. Locate the Clock Hour Attendance tool, click the three stacked dots, and select Enable. Once enabled at the top half of the page, you can drag it to position it. Scroll down and click the Save button.

Connect to PSCvisitors Wi-Fi Network
PSC Wi-Fi Overview Connect to PSC with Android Apple iOS ChromeOS Linux Windows Connect to PSCvisitors The PSCvisitors Wi-Fi network provides speed-limited access to the Internet for College visitors and vendors who do not have a College network account. Students, faculty, and staff should not use this network. The process for connecting to this network is consistent for all devices. View the available Wi-Fi networks on your device. Connect to the PSCvisitors network from the list. You will be presented with and asked to accept the terms of use. Ensure the checkbox next to "I accept the terms of use" is checked and click "Connect". If successful, you will be forwarded to the Pensacola State College main website. The PSCvisitors Wi-Fi network is unavailable between 12:00AM - 6:00AM. Contact Technology Support if you require further assistance.

Connect to PSC Wi-Fi Network: ANDROID
PSC Wi-Fi Overview Connect to PSC with Android Apple iOS ChromeOS Linux Windows Connect to PSCvisitors IMPORTANT! In order to configure a device for PSC network access it must have Internet access. Devices can be set up while off campus using your home Wi-Fi network or cellular data connection, or you can temporarily use PSCvisitors if you are on campus. If you have an existing profile for the PSC network in your device open your Wi-Fi settings and "forget" it. If not, you can skip to Step 2. Launch your favorite web browser and navigate to https://wifi.pensacolastate.edu. Your Android OS should be automatically detected. If the detection was incorrect select the correct OS in the drop-down menu. Tap Download to install the SecureW2 JoinNow app from the Google Play Store. Install and open the SecureW2 JoinNow app. You will need to log in using your PSC email address and network/email password. Complete the sign-in process and click Continue. You may be prompted to allow connecting to the network suggested by the JoinNow app. Allow the connection. Some versions of Android OS fail to hand off to the PSC network automatically. If you are on campus check your Wi-Fi connection to ensure you are connected to the PSC network. If your device didn't automatically connect, turn Wi-Fi off then back on again and your device should connect, properly. Contact the HelpDesk if you need further assistance.

Connect to PSC Wi-Fi Network: APPLE iOS
PSC Wi-Fi Overview Connect to PSC with Android Apple iOS ChromeOS Linux Windows Connect to PSCvisitors IMPORTANT! In order to configure a device for PSC network access it must have Internet access. Devices can be set up while off campus using your home Wi-Fi network or cellular data connection, or you can temporarily use PSCvisitors if you are on campus. If you have any PSC Wi-Fi settings in your device you'll need to remove them. Otherwise, proceed to Step 2. a. In your Wi-Fi settings "Forget" the PSC network if that option is available. b. Open Settings --> General --> Profiles (or VPN & Device Management, depending upon the iOS version). c. Select and delete any previously installed Wi-Fi profile related to PSC wireless networks. d. Enter your device passcode, if prompted. e. Confirm the deletion by tapping Delete. Launch your favorite web browser and navigate to https://wifi.pensacolastate.edu. Your iOS operating system should automatically be detected. If the detection was incorrect you can select the correct OS in the drop-down at the bottom of the page. Tap Sign In. You will have to log in using your PSC email address and network/email password. Complete the sign-in process. After signing in click JoinNow. When asked to allow the download of the configuration profile select Allow. After the profile downloads tap Close on the notification. You must now install profile that you downloaded. Click Go to Settings, then click Profile Downloaded. Tap Install. If prompted, enter your iOS passcode then tap Install. Once the profile has been installed tap Done. If you're on campus check to ensure your device is connected to the PSC Wi-Fi network. If you're not on campus your device should connect automatically when you arrive. Devices can be set up while off campus using your home Wi-Fi network or cellular data connection, or you can temporarily use PSCvisitors if you are on campus. If you have an existing profile for the PSC network in your device open your Wi-Fi settings and "forget" it. If not, you can skip to Step 2. Launch your favorite web browser and navigate to https://wifi.pensacolastate.edu. Your Android operating system should be automatically detected. If the detection was incorrect you can select the correct system in the drop-down at the bottom of the page. Click Sign In, then enter your PSC email address and network/email password. After signing in click Download. Click Choose File to import the PSC wireless settings from the SecureW2.onc file in your Downloads folder. Note: You may see a red error message due to a bug in ChromeOS. You can sefely ignore this error. In your Wi-Fi settings connect to the PSC Wi-Fi network and click Connect on the settings window that appears. Contact the HelpDesk if you need further assistance.

PSC Wi-Fi Overview Connect to PSC with Android Apple iOS ChromeOS Linux Windows Connect to PSCvisitors IMPORTANT! In order to configure a device for PSC network access it must have Internet access. Devices can be set up while off campus using your home Wi-Fi network or cellular data connection, or you can temporarily use PSCvisitors if you are on campus. Also note that the installation process may vary somewhat across different linux flavors. If you have an existing profile for the PSC network in your device open your Wi-Fi settings and "forget" it. If not, you can skip to Step 2. Launch your favorite web browser and navigate to https://wifi.pensacolastate.edu. Your Linux OS should be automatically detected. If the detection was incorrect select the correct OS in the drop-down menu. Click JoinNow. You will be prompted to download a file named SecureW2_JoinNow.run. Choose Save File to download the application to your default download directory. Open a command terminal, change directory (cd) to your Downloads folder and run the downloaded file using the sh command. You will now be prompted to sign in using your PSC network/email account and password in your browser. Once you sign in the script should continue and, if you're on campus, you should be able to connect to PSC. If you're not on campus you will get a message indicating that configuration succeeded but the network is not in range. However, when you arrive on campus you should automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network. Contact the HelpDesk if you need further assistance.

PSC Wi-Fi Overview Connect to PSC with Android Apple iOS ChromeOS Linux Windows Connect to PSCvisitors IMPORTANT! In order to configure a device for PSC network access it must have Internet access. Devices can be set up while off campus using your home Wi-Fi network or cellular data connection, or you can temporarily use PSCvisitors if you are on campus. Launch your preferred web browser and go to https://wifi.pensacolastate.edu Your Windows operating system should be automatically detected. If the detection was incorrect you can select the correct system in the drop-down at the bottom of the page. Click JoinNow to begin configuring your device. A file called WiFi_Pensacola_State_College_Wrapper.exe will be downloaded. Run the file from your browser window or navigate to your download location and run the file from that location. If you are prompted to "allow this application to make changes to your device" click Yes. Click Next to continue device registration. You will have to log in using your PSC email address and network/email password. After signing in you should see Joined in the install window. Click Done. If you are on campus verify that you are connected to the PSC Wi-Fi network. If you are not on campus your device should automatically connect to PSC when you arrive.
