Dual-Enrollment Textbooks, Accommodations, Records, and Contacts
Textbooks
Two weeks before classes start, you will need to get your required textbooks for the classes you have registered to take through PSC. Books will be provided without cost to registered, dual-enrolled students. How and where you get your books depends on your high school.
- Public School – Escambia County:
Contact your high school counselor(s) to ensure the correct textbooks are ordered for you from the PSC Bookstore on the Pensacola campus. Your school will tell you when and where to pick up your textbooks.
- Public School – Santa Rosa County:
Students attending Milton, Pace, Jay, Central, and Virtual schools will pick up their books at the Milton Campus Library at 5988 US-90, Milton, FL.
Students attending Gulf Breeze and Navarre schools will pick up their books at the South Santa Rosa Center Campus main office at 5075 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Gulf Breeze, FL.
- Home School Students and Private School Students:
The PSC Bookstore at 1000 College Blvd., Bldg. 5, Pensacola, FL, will fulfill textbook orders after receiving confirmation from the College that you are a registered student. Beginning approximately 2 weeks before the term starts, you can go to the bookstore to pick up your books.
All students must have a photo ID and a paper or digital copy of their PSC class schedule to pick up books. If the student is under 18, a parent must be present to sign the Bookstore Agreement regarding the rental and return policies. Parents cannot pick up textbooks for students.
Accommodations
PSC will review qualifications and services for students with disabilities who are taking classes on one of the PSC campuses. Accommodations include alternative testing, academic advising, registration assistance, and classroom modifications. For information, contact the Student Resource Center for ADA Services at ADA-Services@pensacolastate.edu or 850-484-1637. Dual-enrollment students taking classes on their high school campus will have services and resources provided by the high school.
Parent/Guardian Access to Your Records
If you would like your parent/guardian to have access to your school records, you must fill out the appropriate Student FERPA Release Form. To access your school records, your parent/guardian can complete a Parent/Guardian FERPA Release Form if they claim you as a dependent on their taxes and provide appropriate documentation. These forms only need to be submitted once. For more information, contact studentrecords@pensacolastate.edu.
