Monitor Student Emails
As the Fall (December) and Spring (May) graduation ceremonies approach and students near completion of their program of study, it's important for students to monitor their College email for details on how to RSVP for the ceremony and to ensure any outstanding requirements are met. There is no Summer Commencement. Summer graduates are invited to attend the Spring or Fall Commencement Ceremony. Below are details communicated before or after you RSVP, to ensure your diploma is issued correctly.
Printed Diploma
It's important to verify your legal name and address in Workday since this is what will be printed on your diploma.
Legal Name Review/Change:
1. Type Change My Legal Name in the search bar and select the task.
2. Make changes and upload legal documentation, such as a copy of your driver's license with your new name, to support your change.
3. Click Submit.
Note: Your change request will be reviewed before approval.
Address Review/Change:
1. Type Change My Home Contact Information in the search bar and select the task.
2. Select the pencil icon next to Address.
3. Use the Search Address box to search for your new address and select it.
4. Click Submit.
Note: Using the Search Address box assures a correct, legal address and avoids possible errors.

These steps and screenshots could appear slightly different depending on the type of device and software you’re using.
1. Open your Workday profile by clicking on the person icon/profile picture.
2. Click the Actions button.

3. Select Personal Data.
4. Click on the information you want to review or change.
5. Select the pencil icon to make any necessary changes and submit.
RSVP for Commencement
To save your seat at graduation, you must RSVP. The RSVP form will be available on the PSC Graduation website before any commencement ceremonies.
Regalia
Regalia can be purchased online or at any campus bookstores during a certain time frame, which is communicated in your graduation emails or on the PSC Graduation website.
After the Graduation Ceremony
Check your PSC email and text messages for communications from Parchment with your digital diploma while your hard copy is being printed and mailed to your home address. All diplomas are mailed approximately three weeks after final grades are posted.
