Workday Access - On and Off Campus
You have several options for logging into Workday. Means of access may vary if you are on campus, off campus, using a personal device on campus, or using a mobile device. For detailed instructions (including signing in on and off campus), see the options below or view the video.
Off Campus
1. Access MyPSC.
2. Login with your full PSC email address and your current password. If you need to reset your password, click Forgot my password.
3. Select the Workday tile, which will automatically log you into your account.
On Campus
1. To log into a computer on campus, your username is the first part of your email address. (Example: If your email address is apirate@students.pensacolastate.edu, your on-campus username is apirate.)
Access MyPSC.
2. If you need to reset your password, click Forgot my password.
3. Select the Workday tile, which will automatically log you into your account.
Once you’ve successfully logged into Workday, check your Inbox and notifications for any action items. Please complete any outstanding items on your account.
If you recently received your Welcome to Pensacola State College email, your account was recently or in the process of being created. Please be on the lookout for a separate email from PSCAccountSecurity@pensacolastate.edu with information on how to access your Workday account, including your PSC email and a temporary password.
