Student Help Resources
The Technology Support and Workday Help apps are located in MyPSC or at TechHelp.pensacolastate.edu. These apps offer a range of support resources, including technical assistance and guidance on using Workday. Students can also use these apps to submit help tickets or request an MFA (multi-factor authentication) or password reset. Workday Help articles are a subcategory of the Technology Support App, so you can access the same resources through either app. From the Workday Help articles, you can click on Home at the top of the page to return to the Technology Support main page.

Both apps offer the same features, so you can use either one. See the flowchart above to access the different features. These features are available for students or prospects. Watch this short video to learn more about logging in to access resources and the differences between the two apps. Student content is public.
