Student Financial Aid Awards
After students complete their Financial Aid Application (FAFSA) online, our Financial Aid office will determine student eligibility for Federal, State, and Institutional aid by creating a Financial Aid Award Package. Students may receive multiple award letters based on anticipated aid. Please monitor your My Tasks folder closely, especially during your Admissions and Financial Aid eligibility periods each academic period.
View Financial Aid
1. Open the Finances app from the Workday home page or the Menu.
2. Select View Financial Aid.

3. Select the Award year, which is the school year in which you are using the financial aid to fund your education.
4. Click OK.
Here, you can see an overview and estimated costs, including tabs with a breakdown of financial aid and estimated costs by semester at the bottom of the page. Students may also print their Financial Aid Award Letter and their College Financing Plan.

Accept/Decline Financial Aid Awards
1. Open the Finances app from the Workday home page or the Menu.
2. Select Accept/Decline awards. You can also search and access the Accept/Decline Awards task in the search bar.
3. Select the Award year, which is the school year in which you are using the financial aid to fund your education.
4. Click OK.
5. Review the offers, and in the Decision box, click on the hamburger icon to make a selection.

Grants and Scholarships will automatically show an accepted status and do not require additional actions. Loans and Work-Study offers must be accepted or declined. Award amounts can also be edited prior to acceptance. Only awards that are in offered status need to be accepted. Please do not accept any award that is already in accepted status. If you accept an award that is already in accepted status, it will delay your disbursement.
View the Student Financial Responsibilities attachment to see a review of your financial responsibilities to PSC. All students are required to acknowledge this document during new student onboarding and continued onboarding each academic period.
