1. Search and access the Create Request task.
2. Choose your Request Type from the dropdown menu. You can click All or type to search by name. Below are the Academic request types.
Academic Request Types (This list is subject to change, so access the request types in Workday to see available options.)
- Dismissal Appeal Request - A student on an Academic Suspension waiver who does not meet the minimum grade requirement of C or better to continue on the Academic Suspension waiver will be placed on Academic Dismissal. A student in Academic Dismissal status will not be allowed to enroll at Pensacola State College for one academic year. A student in Academic Dismissal status may request a waiver by submitting this request.
- Maximum (or Multiple Attempt) and Full Cost of Instruction Notification - Florida Law permits students to enroll in a college credit or developmental education course twice without penalty. By submitting this request, you agree to the legislative requirements and are responsible for the full cost of instruction for courses attempted more than twice. The full cost of instruction is approximately three times the amount of regular tuition, and Financial Aid might not cover it.
- Request for Student ID Card - With an approved profile picture uploaded in Workday, this request prints student ID cards for pick-up or mailing.
- Suspension Appeal Request - Submit this form to request an appeal from suspension.
All requests will display required fields requesting more information. Some may require supporting documentation. Please fill out these forms accurately and with detail to prevent delays. You can start this request and return later by clicking Save For Later.
3. Click Submit once you have finished. If you decide not to proceed, choose to Cancel, and your request will not be saved.
You will be notified in Workday of approval or denial.
