Accelerate your career journey with PSC’s career resources tailored just for students and alumni. Whether you’re looking for a job to fund college, gain hands-on experience, or seek your dream career, check out the topics below and the links to more details.

Student Job Services

You can bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience. Student Job Services can help you find a job to align with your studies and add to your resume. To find out if you qualify for services, follow the instructions on the Career and Technical Education website or come by Bldg. 6, room 641 on the Pensacola campus.

Cooperative Education

Get practical experience while earning college credit through our Cooperative Education Program. Whether you need a paid co-op job or an unpaid internship, they can guide you through the process from orientation to placement.

  • Students in Associate of Science, technical, and vocational programs can get college credit for co-ops and internships.
  • The Co-op Program can help you meet program requirements in departments like Business, Cybersecurity, and Health.
  • Co-op Ed is now available on Canvas. Register for the class, then check your College email for a link to Canvas with all your program requirements.

Handshake

Handshake, PSC’s new online job and internship board, connects PSC students and alumni to jobs and internships in their field, one-on-one chats with employers, virtual career fairs, advising, and a mobile app. Employers are on Handshake exclusively to hire students. If you find a job on Handshake, check with the Cooperative Education department to see if you can get program credit. Go to Getting Started with Handshake for help setting up.
