Your Workday account assists with admitting students to Dual Enrollment, approving class registration requests, reviewing students' PSC class schedules, and reviewing/downloading final PSC grades.
- You will receive an email from PSCAccountsSecurity@pensacolastate.edu with a PSC email address and a one-time password. The one-time password must be used within 30 days, or your account will be disabled.
- When you receive this email, go to pensacolastate.edu and click MyPSC or visit https://myapps.microsoft.com/.
3. In the Microsoft Sign-in window, enter the full email address provided to you by PSC and click Next.
If you previously logged in to a different Microsoft account on your computer/browser, switch accounts.
4. Enter the one-time password provided to you by PSC and click Sign in.
5. You will be prompted to create a new password.
Please ensure your new password meets all the password requirements below and is something you will remember.
For records security, PSC utilizes two-factor authentication. Any time you are logging in to our systems, you will need a second method, in addition to your password, to authenticate your account. You must set this up the first time you log in.
6. You can choose what method to authenticate your identity.
- Use the Microsoft Authenticator app by following the directions as they appear on your screen.
- Click the I want to set up a different method button to use a phone number (call or text message).
7. After you set up and verify your authentication method, you can access MyPSC, where you can view:
- Workday: Student Records (e.g., admissions, schedules, final grades)
- Dynamic Forms: Registration (e.g., class requests and schedule adjustments)
Access the additional High School Counselors - Resources for directions on completing specific tasks within Workday.
