Workday Access for High School Counselors
Your Workday account assists with admitting students to Dual Enrollment, approving class registration requests, reviewing students' PSC class schedules, and reviewing/downloading final PSC grades. You will receive an email from PSCAccountsSecurity@pensacolastate.edu with a PSC email address and a one-time password. The one-time password must be used within 30 days, or your account will be disabled. When you receive this email, go to pensacolastate.edu and click MyPSC or visit https://myapps.microsoft.com/. 3. In the Microsoft Sign-in window, enter the full email address provided to you by PSC and click Next. If you previously logged in to a different Microsoft account on your computer/browser, switch accounts. 4. Enter the one-time password provided to you by PSC and click Sign in. 5. You will be prompted to create a new password. Please ensure your new password meets all the password requirements below and is something you will remember. For records security, PSC utilizes two-factor authentication. Any time you are logging in to our systems, you will need a second method, in addition to your password, to authenticate your account. You must set this up the first time you log in. 6. You can choose what method to authenticate your identity. Use the Microsoft Authenticator app by following the directions as they appear on your screen. Click the I want to set up a different method button to use a phone number (call or text message). 7. After you set up and verify your authentication method, you can access MyPSC, where you can view: Workday: Student Records (e.g., admissions, schedules, final grades) Dynamic Forms: Registration (e.g., class requests and schedule adjustments) Access the additional High School Counselors - Resources for directions on completing specific tasks within Workday.

Dual Enrolled Students and Courses by Academic Period for High School Counselors
Follow these steps to access the report of dual-enrolled students at your school for a specific academic period (term). In the search bar on your Workday dashboard, locate and access the IR Dual Enrolled Students and Courses by Academic Period report. You do not need to type the entire report name to locate it. Add it to your Workday Shortcuts for quicker access from the Menu. Review the Shortcuts for High School Counselors article to learn more about customizing shortcuts. 2. In the pop-up box, type in the Academic Period you want to view students within (e.g., Fall 2022). Click enter. 3. Select all terms that apply (e.g., A, B, C, and D Sessions). 4. Click OK. All the students from your school participating in dual enrollment for the Academic Periods you selected are displayed along with all their classes and additional details. If a final grade was awarded or a student withdrew, a letter grade will be displayed on the report by scrolling to the right. Shortcuts for High School Counselors
Workday allows you to save reports and tasks you use often to Shortcuts. To create a Shortcut, click Menu, then Shortcuts, then Add Shortcuts. 2. In the search box, type the subject or name of the report or task you want to shortcut. View the results and select the one you want to add to Shortcuts by clicking the plus (+) sign next to it. 3. You can save up to ten Shortcuts. To delete Shortcuts, click on the Edit button and choose the minus (-) sign next to it.

Dual Enrolled Student Cohorts and Records Access for High School Counselors
Follow these steps to access the report of active dual-enrolled students within your school or cohort. In the search bar on your Workday dashboard, locate and access your school Dual Enrollment Cohort report by searching by your school’s name. For example, search for West Florida Baptist. You do not need to type the entire name to locate it. Add it to your Workday Shortcuts for quicker access from the Menu. Review the Shortcuts for High School Counselors article to learn more about customizing shortcuts. Your school Dual Enrollment Cohort report includes the number of active students in the Cohort and links to each student’s PSC Academic Record. If you prefer exporting the report to Excel, click the Export to Excel icon above the report. Explore the Filter, Sort, and Export Data in Reports article to learn more about report functionality. 2. Click any student’s name on your cohort report to access their PSC Academic Record. The student’s profile will display the student’s name, PSC email address (if the student hasn’t made it private), Academic Progress wheel, and Current Classes that expand with course details. 3. Click the Academics tab to view the student’s PSC Academic Record. In the Academics Tab, you can access the student’s Current Classes, Plan, Academic History, and Academic Progress. Use these tabs at the top of this page to view the corresponding details. Current Classes Tab Displays the student's currently enrolled courses, dropped/withdrawn courses, and total enrolled credit hours. Drag the gray toolbar at the bottom of each section to see additional course details. Plan Tab The plan assists PSC advisors with class suggestions for students. Any classes suggested will be based on the College graduation requirements and are only recommendations to help students reach their stated career and educational goals post-completion of the Associate. Academic History Tab Displays all classes a student has completed or withdrawn from at PSC. Academic Progress Tab Displays the requirements for the PSC degree the student has selected with a comprehensive view of satisfied and unsatisfied courses required for graduation.

Locate Dual Enrolled Students Academic Advisor
To view a student’s assigned PSC advisor, click on the Actions button on any student’s profile page. Hover over Student Cohort and click View Support Network for Student. The student advisor listed with you as the guidance counselor is the point of contact for you and the student for additional questions.
