Student Note History

Students can view all Academic Advising, Academic Records, or Financial Account notes shared with them on the Note History tab, including the Creation Date & Time, Note Category, Note Topic, Conversation Initiated by, Note Creator, Note Content, Academic Period, and Relates To. This function is not available on mobile.
1. Open your Workday profile by clicking on your profile picture/person icon.
2. Select View Profile.*
*If you're a student and employee select your Student Profile vs. your Worker Profile on the right side of the page to access profile actions related to the correct one. To change your default profile view, review the Default Profile View article.
3. Click on History.
4. Click the Note History tab.
Click on the hourglass in the Note column to see the full text of the note.
