Locate Your Student ID

Follow these easy steps to locate your student ID, whether you’re accessing Workday on a desktop computer, a browser, or the mobile app.

Desktop/Browser View

1. Open your Workday profile by clicking on the person icon/profile picture.

2. Select View Profile.

Your Student ID number will display in two locations, under Student Information and next to your name in the blue sidebar.

If you have an active campus job, view your student ID on the right side of the page under the Student header. Review the Default Profile View - Student and Employee Accounts article if you prefer your student profile to be the default profile view. You must make this change on a desktop to update the default profile on Workday mobile.

1. Log into the Workday Mobile App.

2. Open your Workday profile by clicking on the Profile icon at the bottom of the screen.

Your student ID will appear at the top by your name or by scrolling down the page under the Student header. If you work at the College and are also a student, your ID will be visible by scrolling down the page to view your Student record.
