Students - Printing
The College provides and manages print services through PaperCut. There are student printers in the academic computing centers and libraries on each campus. Funded from the Student Technology Fee, PSC provides and supports the printers, paper, and toner for the computer labs and library printers, providing up to 250 free pages each semester to all students who pay this fee as part of their tuition. Print jobs are completed as you usually would from a computer where you are logged in. A dialogue box should display in the upper right corner, providing your print account balance and offering links to see more details. When you submit a print job, information about the job you are currently printing (pages and cost) displays on the screen and will ask you to confirm your printing choice. Once you have chosen to move forward with the print job, you may go to any of the multi-function devices available in the lab or library, log in with your student ID#, and select the jobs to release to that printer. Visit PSC ACC Support or PSC Libraries for hours and more information. Visit PSC Help - Technology Support to browse additional help articles or report a problem. When you are printing in a shared space like a lab or library, the job on the workstation will show PAUSED until you go to the copier to release for printing. This helps to ensure that only you can expend the available dollars for printing.
