Dual Enrolled Student Cohorts and Records Access for High School Counselors
Follow these steps to access the report of active dual-enrolled students within your school or cohort.
- In the search bar on your Workday dashboard, locate and access your school Dual Enrollment Cohort report by searching by your school’s name. For example, search for West Florida Baptist. You do not need to type the entire name to locate it.
Add it to your Workday Shortcuts for quicker access from the Menu. Review the Shortcuts for High School Counselors article to learn more about customizing shortcuts.
Your school Dual Enrollment Cohort report includes the number of active students in the Cohort and links to each student’s PSC Academic Record. If you prefer exporting the report to Excel, click the Export to Excel icon above the report. Explore the Filter, Sort, and Export Data in Reports article to learn more about report functionality.
2. Click any student’s name on your cohort report to access their PSC Academic Record.
The student’s profile will display the student’s name, PSC email address (if the student hasn’t made it private), Academic Progress wheel, and Current Classes that expand with course details.
3. Click the Academics tab to view the student’s PSC Academic Record.
In the Academics Tab, you can access the student’s Current Classes, Plan, Academic History, and Academic Progress. Use these tabs at the top of this page to view the corresponding details.
Current Classes Tab
Displays the student's currently enrolled courses, dropped/withdrawn courses, and total enrolled credit hours. Drag the gray toolbar at the bottom of each section to see additional course details.
Plan Tab
The plan assists PSC advisors with class suggestions for students. Any classes suggested will be based on the College graduation requirements and are only recommendations to help students reach their stated career and educational goals post-completion of the Associate.
Academic History Tab
Displays all classes a student has completed or withdrawn from at PSC.
Academic Progress Tab
Displays the requirements for the PSC degree the student has selected with a comprehensive view of satisfied and unsatisfied courses required for graduation.
