Find Your Advisor in Workday
Students may have multiple advisors and are likely to receive communications from all of them. Your academic advisor specializes in your program of study, and a support advisor offers additional services. A financial aid advisor can assist with your financial aid file and filling out your FAFSA and PSC scholarship forms. If you change programs of study, apply for another program of study, or change your last name, you might be reassigned or receive another advisor. To locate the email address for your academic advisor, Financial Aid advisor, or specialized advisor (Student Support Services, Veteran Services, etc.) in Workday, use the quick the instructions below. This function is not available on the Workday mobile app.
The most efficient method is to click the quick action button My Advisor(s) on your Workday home page.
Or you can navigate these ways:
1. Open the Academics app via the menu under Student.
2. Look at the box titled Important Contacts Support Network. Your advisor's name, student cohort (assigned based on program of study and name or requested services), picture (if available), and email address are listed there.
You can also use the search bar to access View My Support Network.
If your assigned advisor is unavailable, you can contact one of our virtual advisors by joining the PirateQ and choosing advising. You can also go to the Admissions Office on your campus and speak to an advisor in person.
