Evaluate Student Academic Requirements

Are you considering a program change or adding an additional program of study? This option in Workday allows you to run "what-if" scenarios and compare several programs at once. Evaluating the academic requirements needed for a program will enable you to see how many of your current requirements satisfy those required for the "what-if" program. Evaluate up to 10 programs of study at the same time, and Workday will show all the programs in one report, allowing you to compare different options. This function is not available on Workday mobile.

Open the Academics app.
Under Academic Advising, click Evaluate Academic Requirements.
Choose one or more programs of study for your "what-if" scenario by clicking the + sign to add new lines.

You will be notified in Workday when the report is ready.
