Follow the steps below, on either Workday desktop or mobile, to view your grades.

On Desktop

1. Open the Academics app.

2. Under Academic Records, select: View My Grades.

3. Confirm Student Record and select Academic Period.

4. Click OK.

On Mobile

These steps and screenshots could appear slightly different depending on the type of device and software you’re using.

1. Access the Academics app on the Workday home screen.

2. Select Educational Objectives.

3. Select Academic Record.

4. Under Summary, scroll down to View By Academic Period.

5. Click on the arrow to the right of the academic period you want to view. 

Periods are listed with the most recent at the top. Click View More to see earlier academic periods.

6. Scroll down to Coursework to see your grades and credit hours earned for each class you took that period.

To see individual assignment grades, open Canvas eLearning and select the course, followed by Grades.
