Request Student ID Card
Before requesting your PSC ID card via Workday, you must add a photo to your profile using the requirements below. Watch this short video, or follow the steps below.
Photo Requirements
- A recent passport-style photo of yourself only
- You must be facing the camera
- Eyes visible
- No filters
- No hats
- No sunglasses
- A light-colored background
Change My Photo
1. Access the Change My Photo task using the Workday search box. This task is also accessible on the Workday mobile app.
2. Review the photo requirements.
3. In the Attachments section, select a photo to upload.
4. Click Submit.
Request PSC Student ID Card
Once your photo is approved and appears in Workday, you can request a new or replacement Student ID card.
1. Access the Create Request task using the Workday search box. This task is also accessible on the Workday mobile app.
2. Type ID in the Request Type box. Hit enter. The box should populate the Academic: Request for Student ID Card.

3. Click OK.
4. Complete all required fields, taking note of which PSC location you've selected for pickup.
5. Click Submit.
You’ll be notified via Workday when it’s ready for pickup. Allow for at least one day of processing. To verify your identity, bring a valid government-issued ID to pick up your student ID card. All cards are printed at the Pensacola campus and mailed to other locations.
