Request PSC Student ID
Once your photo is approved, you can request a new Student ID card on the Workday desktop. You can't request a student ID card in the mobile app at this time.
1. Open the Academics App in Workday.
2. In the options box on the right side of the page, under the Requests header, click on Request Student ID.
3. Fill in the form and submit it.
You’ll be notified via Workday when it’s ready for pickup. Allow for at least one day of processing based on the location you selected in your request. To verify your identity, bring a valid government-issued ID to pick up your student ID card. All cards are printed at the Pensacola campus and mailed to other locations.
If you wish to change your request from pickup to mail delivery or the location you selected for pickup, see the article, Student ID Location and Changes.
If you prefer having your photo taken and printed simultaneously, visit the front desk at the Registration Center in building 2, on the Pensacola Campus, 1000 College Blvd.
